Casitas is one of my favorite Tex Mex spots in Dallas. Been going to that location for Tex Mex since I was a kid. The facility has been renovated and is very nice and clean. Chips and hot salsa are very good worth visiting just for that alone. Ordered the Ground beef nachos and was very impressed, ate the entire plate. I order this a ton of places this version the meat had great flavor and somehow still light and airy.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday evening. There was a wedding reception happening and the place was packed. Besides the food being amazing the drinks were on point. The best part was how many times someone came by our table to check on us and make sure everything was ok or ask if we needed anything...

Everything was good except I wish they would drain the grease from the cooked ground beef before putting it in the tacos and enchiladas. I'll get chicken next time.
